Welcome to Boots & Bonded. By booking an appointment or receiving services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or shortened.
Permanent Jewelry Disclaimer
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded to you. While we use high-quality materials, Boots & Bonded is not responsible for wear and tear, stretching, tarnishing, or breakage due to daily activities or lifestyle.
Contraindications & Lifestyle Considerations
For your safety and to protect your jewelry, permanent jewelry may not be suitable if you:
Medical Contraindications:

Have a pacemaker or serious heart condition

Have epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing light

Have known metal allergies (gold, silver, etc.)

Have open wounds, infections, or irritated skin in the area

Are unable to remain still during the welding process
Lifestyle Considerations (May Affect Longevity):
Permanent jewelry may not be recommended or may require frequent repairs if you:

Work in construction, trades, or hands-on labour jobs

Frequently lift heavy weights or use your wrists/hands intensely

Swim often in chlorine pools, hot tubs, or salt water

Work with chemicals, oils, or harsh cleaning products

Are required to remove jewelry for work or safety regulations

Live a highly active lifestyle that may cause snagging or pulling
By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for maintenance and care.
Boots and Bonded reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Minors
Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian present.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, no refunds or exchanges are offered.
Repairs
If your chain or charm jump ring breaks within the first 14 days after purchase, I will re-weld it for you for free. Repair services are available for a fee. If your chain comes off, keep it safe and we’ll get you fixed up quick.
Liability Waiver
By receiving services from Boots & Bonded, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with permanent jewelry and release Boots & Bonded from any liability for injury, reaction, loss, or damage.
