Refund Policy

All permanent jewelry services and products are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a service has been completed.

​Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be forfeited and you will have to pay another deposit to reschedule. 

​Allergies & Reactions

Boots and Bonded is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies prior to their appointment.
